IT Helpdesk Specialist

Responsibilities:

• End-User technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Setting up, connection and installation of hardware for main office and branches.
• Installing required software and drivers.
• Reporting about the job done.

Skills:

• 2 years’ experience in the relevant area.
• Windows OS family. MS Office.
• Understanding of network protocols, ports, traffic, VPN, firewalls.
• Antivirus, office and remote administration software.
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal, teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm, a will to develop in IT field.

Language:

• Azeri - fluent writing and reading.
• Russian - fluent writing and reading.
• English - good technical understanding, good writing.
