Sales & Marketing Manager (hazelnut)

We are looking for experienced Sales and Marketing Manager (with relevant or similar agri experience in Edible Nuts Industry) to create and implement a Marketing and PR strategy of the hazelnut business.


• 8 years of overall experience. Strong discipline. Strong communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Strong management skills. Strong team work orientation. Strong ability to work under pressure. Strong complaint handling skills. Strong contract enforcement skills. Strong bad debt collection knowledge.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Strong sales skills and presentation knowledge.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, client database and follow up.
• Advanced knowledge of sales project management and cash collection.
• Strong understanding of pricing. Advanced knowledge of discounting, mortgage financing, forecasting
• Frequent business forum/chambers participation. Understanding of internal documentation management.
• Strong understanding of contracts, market price analysis, documentation (İMPORT-EXPORT).
• Advanced surrounding change analysis skills, certification, reporting skills.
• Frequent agricultural field visits, client interaction.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, market information knowledge.
•  Advanced competitor information knowledge, data gathering and data analysis skills
• Strong skills and advanced understanding of request handling,stress management.
• Strong competence in CRM software usage, FAQ knowledge/usage, IVR (interactive voice response) analytics.
• Advanced knowledge and strong ability in leading inventarization, questionnaire development and process, call handling standards.


• Master's degree is a must. Master in sales management, BA is preferable
• Languages - Azeri advanced, Russian advanced, English advanced.
• Advanced MS Office skills. Advanced MS Word skills. Advanced MS Excel skills. Advanced MS PPT skills.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
