Technical Sales Specialist/ Engineer


To identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
To develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
To persuade customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
To negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers and company needs
To calculate customers technical quotations
To analyze costs and sales
To keep customer records
To meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
To provide technical presentations and demonstrate how company services meet customer needs
To liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
To build strong relationships with Customers and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
To produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.


Male candidates
Minimum three years of sales experience (previous experience with BP and/or its contractors is strongly preferred)
University degree in relevant fields
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage a number of sales projects while communicating efficiently with the third parties and within the organization
Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory
