HSE Officer


• Co-ordinate and oversee the implementation of Health and safety Risk Assessments
• Prioritize Risks and recommend mitigation measures
• Monitor Health and Safety systems and procedures
• Monitor trends and recommend pro-active action plans to remedy potential problems
• Record, investigate and monitor all injuries or accidents that occur on property
• Coordinate all Occupational Health and Safety Related matters
• Coordinate all Fire, Life Safety related matters
• Coordinate hygiene related issues
• Monitor and ensure that all Health and Safety related equipment have the required maintenance
• Conduct Health, Safety and Environment training as required and monitor Health and Safety related training as carried out by other departments
• Document, coordinate and manage all third party visits related to Health and Safety.  This will include visits by the authorities, authorized insurance companies
• Implement and Maintain Health, Safety and Environment Policies, Procedures and Processes
• Produce monthly Health and Safety reports and identify trends and occurrences.


- Minimum and 2 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role.

- Hospitality experience is preferred.

- Working knowledge of the Azerbaijani law. 

- Strong administration and management skills, critical thinking skills, strong analytical, communication, problem solving skills and computer skills.

- Knowledge of speaking and writing in Russian,English and Azerbaijani languages are required. position in the subject line of your message.
