We are currently looking for Office Manager to join our Company.

The Duties and Responsibilities  will include:

• Organizing meetings and managing databases
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Organizing company events or conferences
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Using range of software packages

Requirements and Skills for this position:

University Degree
1 -3 years’ work experience
Fluency in Azeri / English / Russian
Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
Strong communication skills
