Business Development Specialist-Oil and Gas, Construction Mining and Medical Sector

One of the new core works of Module Caspi is to develop boutique solutions which monitor the infrastructure systems ensuring high sustainability and service quality of information technologies as of 2017 Module Caspi has enlarged its solution range and now creates customer-specific roadmaps in regard of full scale business integration in the field of Energy, Construction, Telecom and Medical/HSE sectors.


Business Development Specialist positions and sells solutions and develop business activities in the field of Energy, Construction, Telecom and Medical/HSE. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
S/he needs to be able to understand customer requirements and make suggestions on how to improve sales and business development processes by utilizing Industry knowledge in the field of mainly Energy, Construction, and telecom. Targeted sector for commencement will be oil & gas, mining, constructions, industrial factories, logistics, warehousing companies; therefore, experience in and/or knowledge of the sector will be a plus. S/he is expected to work closely with customers, make periodic site visits, develop customer-specific and general sales & marketing plans to identify and realize Industry 4.0 opportunities. Setting competitive prices, negotiating and closing deals in sync with company strategies will be required.
S/he is expected to coordinate lead generation, mainly through;

• Initial presentation of Industry of oil and Gas, Energy, Construction, Medical and/or HSE,
• Creation of customer-specific value propositions and presentation materials
• Preparation, coordination, and execution of customer meetings at management level, in line with the Business Development Manager
• Offering specific solutions to customers by correct analysis of customer needs and requirements

To create a customer base and sales pipeline, s/he is expected to:

• Perform customer and competition analyses by utilizing customer data and market research
• Have good command of existing solutions and generate additional marketable solutions.
• Support creation of Go-To-Market plans for IOT sector
• Organize and support customer events, trade fairs and marketing campaigns with subject matter expertise
• Have no restrictions to travel


• University degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent
• Customer focus, sales and business development skills, winning attitude
• Ability to work independently and carry out teamwork
• Knowledge and/or experience in industrial software, ability to learn and implement software-hardware related solutions
• Intercultural sensibility, ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Russian and English
• She/he must be able to gain trust and understand customer requirements, position unique selling points to the customer. She/he is resilient and able to assert her/himself internally and at customer
• She/he must have the willingness to drive Business/sales opportunities and close them successfully, must be able to work in a matrix organization aligning with several internal and external stakeholders


• 2+ years of work experience in Sales or Business Development
• Sales experience and/or knowledge in Industry of Oil and Gas, Medical and/or HSE
• Sectorial knowledge in manufacturing, in particular oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical industries is a plus
• Must be fluent in English, Russian, and Azeri-both Oral and Written
• High level analytical skills, Procure to Sell ability
• High command of Negotiations and Presentation Skills
• Seniority, high work ethics
• Salary will be determined by experience and interview
