Personal Assistant to Procurement and Logitics Director

Requirements:
• Higher education (Finance/Technical)
• Work Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, Outlook
• Knowledge of languages (Azerbaijani, Russian – fluent, English – upper-intermediate)

Job description
The basic job duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Management of Procurement and Logistics Director calendar, arrangement of meetings
• Document management and archiving (every incoming/outgoing document from the Procurement and Logistics Director to be translated, scanned and archieved)
• Follow up of Action Items of direct reports
• Meeting minutes for meetings with direct reports, Project Review, Network Performance Meeting and Rollout Meeting Access to Inbox, follow up of CC emails; Access to ERP System Organization of document flow for Procurement and Logistics Director
• Preparation of Visio and power point presentations and documents
