INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES
PREPAID SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT GROUP TEAM MEMBER

Requirements:
• Technical higher education
• Min 2 years of work experience with GSM equipment and prepaid system
• Knowledge of WINDOWS, UNIX, Sybase, Oracle SQL/PL.SQL, ASN.1, SS7 signaling, DataCom, MSC, HLR, charging and billing operations
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English

Main responsibilities:
• Connection of prepaid system to Azercell network
• Provision of constant operation of equipment connected to prepaid system, periodic control and database recording
• Charge new prepaid subscribers and erase expired subscribers
• Research incoming complaints and requests by prepaid subscribers
• Apply new services and payment methods
• Prepaid dimensioning and upgrade
