We’re looking for customer service representatives to join our regional sales team taking inbound calls. But this is no ordinary sales team. Our people come from all different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance, consistent results and exceptional customer service.

Day to day, you’ll report to your Customer Service Team Leader, who will also be there to help guide you in your career.

What does the role involve?

As a customer service representative, you’ll be front-of-house for our esteemed and trusted brand. Ours is a premium product, and our customers expect outstanding service to match. When they call for advice, you’ll be there to answer any questions and to give each client relationship a friendly, personal touch. You’ll have a number of accounts, including small and large businesses, and you’ll deal with a range of specific Hilti products.

As part of our high-performing sales team, your job is about fostering our strong relationships to create loyal business partners. This means using your product knowledge to find solutions to their needs and to cross-sell our innovative tools with additional software and services. Your interaction with our customers is integral to both the success of our company and your promising career.

What you need is:

• An excellent telephone manner
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills

• High commitment to customer satisfactio
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, and smartphones
