Position: Recruitment Assistant

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Facilitate all onboarding activities for new hires and transfers including maintaining new hire paperwork, coordinating documentations.
  Corresponding directly with new hires/transfers for general questions and coordination of pre-employment activities
 Onboarding will include the processing of background checks, follow up with candidates on outstanding documentation and creation of the employee file.
 The Recruiting Assistant will communicate regularly with the Recruiters on the status of background checks and report any potential delays in start dates.  
 Assist with postings and research websites and other project-type work
 Recruitment assistants aid department managers in updating recruitment policies, and write memos, emails and other correspondence in response to queries and requests.
 They may also keep records of candidate interviews and give status reports to managers.

Position Qualification

Knowledge
 2 years’ experience at recruitment
 BS degree in related field desired
 Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
 Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
 Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
