Job description

As the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be accountable for the marketing function and be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing for the restaurants in order to increase the restaurant’s revenue across all markets and segments. It is really important to understand consumer behavior in these markets in order to identify new product, pricing, advertising strategies that will deliver the expected results.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and managing new relationships as well as cultivating new business
• Ability to identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via phone and face-to-face
• Creating sales tenders and presentations
• Confidently presenting and pitching to existing and potential new clients
• Achieving and exceeding set revenue targets
• Lead the development and implementation of the Company’s sales and marketing strategy ensuring alignment to the overall business plan to sustain business growth and profitability.
• Monitor competitor activities for competitive advantage. 
• Accountable for market analysis, brand support and positioning
• Working with the support of the Digital Marketing Executive to create, monitor and manage marketing campaigns using various marketing tools including social media

Essential experience, skills & characteristics:

• At least 2 + years experience in relate field
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Leadership experience in sales and marketing management with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance
• Experience of a consultative selling style
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information;
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and writing
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent negotiating skills
• A consistent track record of personal over achievement and solution generation.
• You possess a high level of intrinsic motivation and determination
• Ability to function confidently independently in a team environment.
• Proven ability to identify new revenue streams and execute a sales strategy that meets goals and objectives of the company
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and to work under pressure, organize and multi task
• Pro-active, tenacious, working attitude with a strong work ethic.
