General job description

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Location of employment

World Business Center, (10th Floor) Samad Vurghun str. 43, AZ1014, Baku, Azerbaijan

Major duties

 General office operations (provide support to visitors, answering incoming phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings etc.)
 Maintain the office condition (order office stationery and supplies, arrange necessary repairs etc.)
 Point person for printing, mailing, shipping/delivery and, transport and accommodation.
 Record correspondences and maintain relevant database and filing systems
 Assist in organizing company events or conferences
 Assist in arranging job postings and interviews
 Assist in translating business letters, brochures etc.


 Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager, Receptionist or Administrative assistant
 Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian
 Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. printers)
 Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work


 Fixed salary: 500 AZN (net)
 Paid probation period is one month (1 month)

Work conditions

 Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, 5 working days a week.
 Free lunch is provided at the office
