• Higher education
• Relevant work experience – from 2 years
• Fluency in azeri, russian and english
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Attentive to details and organisational skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion,be adaptable to various competing demands

Job functions:

• Answering the phone, emails and direct enquiries
• Гpdate records, write letters, e-mails, create information sheets, and filing. 
• Plan and arrange domestic and international travel
• Prepare and submit travel and mileage expense reports for reimbursement and coordinate corporate Visa reconciliation
• Electronic file and Share-point site maintenance, data and paperwork processing, collecting/communicating business information from internal/external sources, and production of correspondence and recurring reports.
• Demonstrated experience as an administrative and/or personal assistant at the senior management level.
• Demonstrated reliability and proficiency in multi-tasking in a fast-paced office environment.
