Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of “IT Helpdesk”.

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Installation of software on computers
• Provide employees with corporate e-mail addresses from Microsoft Outlook
• Provide employees with IP phone and extension number
• Research questions using available information resources
• Advise user on appropriate action
• Follow standard help desk procedures
• Safety of ICT equipment with anti-virus programs and provide regular updates.
• Log all help desk interactions
• Administer help desk software
• Redirect problems to correct resource
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
• Prepare activity reports
• Inform management of recurring problems
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Age 28-35

Required skills, qualifications and competences:

• Knowledge about network and services (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Controller, system ports)
• Knowledge and 3 year experience of customer service practices
• Bachelor’s degree
• working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
• related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support

• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Azerbaijan and Russian

Working conditions:

• The 5-day working week.
• Schedule: 09:00 to 18:00
