About Your Job:

The Sales Executive is a position based in Baku and reports directly to the Commercial Manager Azerbaijan.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the revenue budget for the prescribed portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for developing a successful, consistent approach to local and multi-national dealing which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale. You will be involved in negotiating Commercial Agreements and in joint sales and marketing activities to grow the quality of QR revenue sold through these partners.

Your will contribute to the formulation and implementation of QR sales strategy, review of QR sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue and seek tactical opportunities. You will provide regular market intelligence and coordinates feedback from the customers and competitors within commercial team. You will propose pricing tactical initiatives to Corporate/Trade partners in order to support sales and marketing opportunities. You will plan and strategize selling activities and continuously review own sales performance to meet or exceed targets.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Trade or vocational qualification with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience. Sales experience is essential with good knowledge of local market, proven trade and corporate segment familiarization.

You will have proven knowledge of GDS systems, ticketing and sales. You must be able to thrive in a highly pressurised and target driven environment.

You must be committed, articulate and has high level of customer service at all times. Excellent people and communication skills are important for this role. You must be confident, organised and has the ability to coordinate actions and activities, prioritize tasks, with good attention to details.
