 HR Specialist
• Coordination of Monthly Compensation Process and Related Matters; • Documentation in SAP related to HR; • Provision of HR Reporting internal/external; • Coordination and facilitation of HR Internal and External Audits; • Preparation of salary advance contracts, payments; • Facilitation in recruiting and staffing, termination processes; • Preparation of Employment and Termination agreements/orders (issuance, update, termination); • Preparation of service contracts for external employees (issuance, update, termination); • Administration of all compensation and benefits for employees (bonus, insurance, membership, language training and etc.); • Ad hoc tasks/requests.
