A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Sales Manager - Leisure for its Hotel Units.


 Responsible for Proactive Sales Team.
 Builds and strengthens relationships with local travel agencies and international tour operators to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
 Identifies and proactively prospects new business opportunities and account to achieve revenue goals. Develops UK, German, India, GCC and rest of the world markets.
 Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
 Proactively manages a given number of key accounts/key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum production to meet set target.
 Negotiates rates and other client's bookings based on client usage/history/time of year and keep hotel in the top rankings of comp set.
 Optimizes visibility with all key tour operators / travel agencies and establish preferred agreement / joint marketing activities to increase hotel exposure in key markets.
 Maintains up-to-date activity and rate information for each account.
 Reports to Associate Director of Sales and Marketing and implements direction from Group Director of Sales & Marketing.


 Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
 Positive attitude and good communication skills.
 Strong analytical skills so to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
 Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members.
 Demonstrated previous experience in a Sales role with the proven ability to close a sale.
