- Implement and verify document processes, manage document control process
- Register, file and retrieve all incoming and outgoing documents and keep the register logs fully updated at all times
- Demonstrate the ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, specification sheets, graphs, scales, and check list
- Ensure internal and external distribution of information on time
- Maintain a register of all design drawings fully updated with the latest revisions.
- Coordinate user training and help develop training materials relating with document control process of the Project
- Coordinate and communicate with coworkers, management, and contractors
- Check and coordinate the conformity of document control process of contractors at the site
- Ensure the Contractor corresponds to Document Control Procedure of the Project
- Use document management software to file soft copies of all incoming and outgoing
- documents, which is to be kept up to date at all times
- Develop and maintain project workflows
- Performs and/or supports regular audits of document control processes and procedures
- Ensure good written and oral communication between disciplines
- Perform other assigned duties related with documentation  


- Proven work experience as a Document Controller process and procedures
- High understanding of Construction work and documents, Manage technical documents
- Experience working with many file types relating with construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian is advantage
- Efficient using software programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Maintain a safe working relationship
