We are looking Reception

Requirements to candidates:

• Bachelor Degree
• good communication and organizational skills
• proven, solid Excel, Word and other office program skills
• Strong knowledge of Azeri and English, basic knowledge of Turkish and Russian is preferable

Duties and responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, papers, forms)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Arranging couriers
• Preparing official letters
• Providing personal assistance to General Manager
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Job type: full-time
Salary 500-700 AZN
Working time: Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, 5 working days a week
