Position of Personal Assistant / Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
• Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Greeting clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Key skills for Personal Assistant / Receptionist

• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Azerbaijani and Russian skills, Intermediate English is preferred
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Tact and diplomacy

Working hours

• Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:30
• Saturdays 10:00 – 15:00

Net Salary AZN 400
