Reports to: COO

We are looking for Project Managers with work experiences in FMCG sphere.

Duty and responsibilities:

1. Leading the project and being the single responsible person for all elements of the project;
2. Lead the planning and implementation of project;
3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
4. Provide support and coordinate continuous monitoring of projects execution statuses;
5. Carry out researches for the information required in the work scope of the project;
6. Write reports on the project for management;
7. Assist managers in managing and controlling project risks, and inform the management in advance of any foreseeable delays;
8. Monitor and report progress of the projects and propose adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projects portfolio;
9. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
10. Fulfill any ad hoc assignment of the management

Requirements:

  BSc/BA in relevant field;
  At least 2-3 years of work experience in Project Management;
  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  Good knowledge of MS Office (especially – Excel and PowerPoint);
  Fluency in English, Azerbaijani, Russian language;
  Strong analytical, time management and communication skills;
  Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
