About the role

As a Personal Assistant to Top Management, you will:

• Report directly to the Top Management representative of PwC;
• Provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship;       
• Work closely with the Firm's Leadership Team: Senior Managers, Directors and Partners;
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with the Top Management;
• Hold daily meetings with the Top Management representative to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests; to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;
• Manage the Top Management representative’s calendar to make the most efficient use of his time;
• Coordinate meetings and logistics and prepares supporting documentation;
• Review, prioritize and respond to incoming requests;
• In case of urgent requests, assess and adjust existing invitations/events and notify anyone impacted by a change;
• Plan, coordinate and ensure the Top Management representative’s schedule is followed and respected;
• Prepare reports for a Top Management representative’s business trips expenses, local BD expenses and mobile phone charge expenses on a regular basis
• Coordination of internal and external meetings;
• Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Top Management representative with the Leadership Team, management, staff, and others both internally and externally;
• Liaise with both internal and external PA’s, clients, partners and other external sources on behalf of the Top Management representative on a regular basis.

Requirements

• A university degree (a degree from overseas university will be an advantage);
• Minimum 1 year of experience on a similar position is preferable;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
• Ability to multitask and work in an active environment;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Ability to manage tough deadlines;
• Strong business-writing skills;
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform with attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners;
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;
• Emotional maturity and stamina;
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently;
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
• Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
