Sales Mechanical Engineer (Tendering Division)

• Reviews Client's technical documentation and requirements.
• Reviews all tendering documentations to prepare technical offers
• Assists in preparation of commercial offers
• Maintains project technical files and update Company standards.
• Controls subcontracted discipline-engineering documents.
• Overviews tender or contract documents to identify the disciplinary project requirements, the available data/information and the required scope of work.
• Executes studies and engineering relevant to equipment, machinery and packages.
• Determines mechanical and machinery engineering requirements as per the client requirements.
• Helps to prepare detail engineering documentation in compliance with the process requirements and technical specifications
• Reviews Client's project specifications and requirements.
• Provides technical assistance to the tendering and commercial activities.
• Optimizes the technical solutions ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
• Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
• Works with the Tenders Coordinator to ensure pricing, availability and specifications align with project needs.


• (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):
• Mechanical Engineering or Similar Degree
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical design experience
• Knowledge and experience to work with CAD software
• Good knowledge of the international codes/standards, particularly for oil&gas and industry sectors
• Good knowledge of structural steel, piping, pressure vessel European and American standards
• Excellent command of Azeri, English and Russian

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, 5 working days a week;
