Executive Assistant
Purpose:
∙ The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the Manager in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division.
KEY Accountabilities Of Position:
∙ Organizing Manager’s diary and making appointments. ∙ Dealing with letters and emails. ∙ Arranging meetings. ∙ Taking notes at meetings. ∙ Making travel arrangements for Manager ∙ Looking after visitors. ∙ Acting as office manager and supervising other administrative staff. ∙ Producing reports and presentations. ∙ Taking action points and writing minutes. ∙ Planning and organising events.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
∙ Proven experience of administrative work, preferable on PA position for min of 3 years ∙ Excellent organizational and time management skills. ∙ Good communication skills. ∙ Very good command of English, Azeri and Russian. ∙ Accuracy and attention to details. ∙ A calm and professional manner. ∙ A flexible and adaptable approach to work. ∙ Ability to work under the pressure ∙ Confidentiality
