We are looking for а Brand Manager for Juice & Baby Food categories in Azerbaijan with duty station in Baku.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Lead the development of Category growth vision for BF and JUI in Azerbaijan
• Lead the development and execution of the marketing agenda & strategy to assure sustainable profitable growth and to build the premier food & beverage company in Azerbaijan.
• Manage product portfolio to maximize revenue and increase category profitability
• Recommend effective pricing sizing and defining the optimum brand support level
• Develop and implement communication programs
• Build the digital communication platform
• Development of BTL activities with detailed mechanics description
• Development, alignment and effective execution of annual commercial brand plans to deliver agreed volume, profit and SOM for each brand;
• Support in Developing channel Execution Standards (Must Have List, Planograms, Display strategy)
• Effective alignment, execution and control of the key commercial projects
• Support in Developing channel Execution Standards (Must Have List, Planograms, Display strategy)
• Assure effective spend of the budget; investing flexibly behind the brands and finding innovative solutions to maximize the efficiency of the brand investment; and ensure effective control environment
• Manage and coordinate complex cross functional projects addressing consumer/market needs - identify potential for innovation (with sales and insights), asses feasibility and economics (with production and finance), align (internally and with central marketing), implement (with local functions and commercialization).  

What Skills and Experience Do I Need to Demonstrate?

Knowledge & experience

 University degree in Business administration or marketing
 Minimum 2 years + hands on experience in marketing
 Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
 Proficient user of MS office package
