We as Industrial Supply & Services Co. are looking for Project & Process Manager
Job description:
- Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Plan, implement and monitor business process for projects. - Listing out all tasks and plotting them in a timeline or sprint cycle. - Ensuring that the project is not in danger of costing more than expected. - Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements. - Update business processes to meet changing business needs. - Lead a team that will be responsible for process assessments, and process design and redesign. - Ensuring the team has what they need to be successful. - Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements. - Track and communicate status of projects to director. - Conduct market, product research & analysis. - Representation of the company in the tender process and follow-up of new tenders. - Being in charge with buying and selling of company`s products and services. - Building positive image of the products and company in the public. - To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Should be research and goal oriented. - At least 1 years of work experience in required field. - Excellent communication skill/talent in negotiation, persuading and networking. - Fluent English & Russian language skills. - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel must be advanced).
Occupation: Full Time Salary: Will be discussed upon interview.
