JOB TITLE:  RECEPTIONIST (6 months contract)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Ensure that all messages for colleagues via telephone, email and in person are properly forwarded
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Manage the incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Responsible in the booking of couriers and ensure that the outgoing mails reach their destination successfully.
• Ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming, and information within the reception is up to date.
• Transmit information or documents to customers or employees based out of other locations using couriers or internal mail transfer.
• Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents.
• Assign meeting rooms for corporate office staff and visitors as per request
• To maintain the file of stationery requisition forms, update stock records monthly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Min 1 year of experience in the administrative position;
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
• Good skills to Intermediate level in Microsoft products.
• Good organizational and communicational skills
