Location: Baku Deep Water Jackets Factory, Salyan Highway 83, Baku, AZ1083, Garadagh district, Baku, Azerbaijan.

Tasks and Duties:

• Understand and Comply with BOS Shelf QHSE System & Policies.Strictly follow instructions from his / her line Supervisor.
• Review contracts and agreements for key contractual terms and advise on risk and issues in contractual terms and conditions.
• Prepare bids and proposals, coordinating responses from colleagues in other departments and advise on pricing strategies.
• Co-ordinate and present at selected bid or gate reviews on bids and proposals and contract progress.
• Work closely with colleagues in providing required interpretation of contracts and agreement terms and conditions and escalating matters to Senior Contracts Manager and/or Legal Counsel for review and consideration.
• Prepare and draft basic contractual documents and agreements, in line with company policy for review and approval pursuant to Company delegated authority matrix.
• Support line Managers in negotiations of contracts, prices, claims and disputes.
• Maintain and control soft and hard copies of all current agreements, ensuring completeness and consistency in document recording and retention as per the Contract or latest Company.
• Administer and control all original contractual paperwork, letters, approvals and mandates.
• Maintains personal, phone and written communication with customers.
• The related Staff relative to contract problems, status of orders, specific problems and issues requiring escalation.
