Job Title: “Training Coordinator/ Admin

TWI in Azerbaijan is providing Inspection and NDT Services (3rd party Inspection), Consultancy services of Material, Corrosion Engineering, Research and Consultancy, Failure investigation, Structural Integrity assessment, Welding Engineering, Engineering Facilities (Procurement) WPS & PQR, WQT and international training & Certification (www.twi-global.com).

Responsibilities:

1. To provide a high level of support to the training team and office employees;
2. To translate document/ letter/ e- mail from English to Azeri or Russian language.
3. To work closely and effectively with the training team to keep team well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;
4. To provide a bridge for smooth communication between the training team/ clients and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff;
5. To act as a focal point in negotiations between the students and training team;
6. To ensure a high standard of administration and provide guidance as appropriate on the production of internal and external documents;
7. Typing, preparing documents, organizing files. Where required provide support to ensure are of an appropriately high standard, including proofreading the document, checking spelling, grammar, sense, amendments and presentation.
8. To answer respond client’s requests, register in the income and outcome tables.
9. To print up course notes, appendix, etc., using out-sources for printing
10. To prepare course materials. To print courses material, appendixes, and other prints are requested by lecturer in office.
11. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
12. Writing informative and effective search engine optimized copy for the website and external blog postings.
13. to maximize online marketing opportunities.
14. Managing the company’s email marketing campaigns.
15. Managing the organizations Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
16. Managing the content diary for social media content.
17. Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
18. Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
19. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
20. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
21. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

Required skills and experience:

1. Professional experience of 2-5 years working.
2. Full time employee.
3. University degree or higher;
4. Fully familiar with computer, word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook and internet.
5. Excellent oral and written communications skills in Russian, Azerbaijani and English.
6. Will be entrance computer and languages exams (specking, Writing and reading).
7. Maximum age is 35 years old.
8. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others;
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the team;
10. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances;
11. Salary is Negotiable.
