Personal Assistant (PA)

Key accountabilities:

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls,
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation,
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive,
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines,
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence,
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems,
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients,
• Collating and filing expenses.

Required skills/experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree,
• Minimum 2 years of PA experience,
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English is must,
• Exhibits good communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally,
• Good knowledge in Microsoft products,
• Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality,
• Assist Management in admin matters such as receiving guests, filing, etc.,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel and customers at all levels,
• Strong work ethic.
