Technical Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities:

- To provide administrative support to Technical Services Department;
- To coordinate and arrange meetings, which includes: preparing agendas, sending out meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities and resources ;
- To prepare a variety of technical and statistical reports;
- To Copy and distribute correspondence or other printed materials;
- To assists Maintenance Planner with planning and scheduling of activities;
- To Organization and maintenance of project files;
- To prepare and coordinate crew change process;
- To visit sites to assess and document the administrative issues;
- To supervise accommodation/cabin cleaning and servicing;
- To monitor and organize the arrival and departure of all personnel and arrange transport of all departing personnel to final destination;
- To arrange and coordinates travel schedules and reservations;
- To prepare monthly time sheets of offshore and site personnel;
- To organize crew changes with helicopters and boats;
- To assist engineering team in various tasks and duties;
- To resolve routine administrative problems within scope of authority;
- To raise Technical Department purchase requisition and follow the procurement and site deliverable process;

Education/Experience and Qualification:

- High school diploma in technical or relevant field is preferred;
- Attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines;
- Outstanding organisational & presentation skills and attention to detail;
- The capacity to multitask and prioritise workload;
- The ability to work under extreme pressure;
- The capacity to work alone or as part of a team;
- Discretion and respect for confidential information
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English languages.
- Knowledge of MS. Office Programs

Job type: full-time
Employment type: permanent
Working environment: office based
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, 5 working days a week. Extra hours may be required due to operation needs.
