We are currently looking for a E-commerce Call Center Operator to join our team.

The duties will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, taking orders
• Dealing with courier services of ordered products
• Monitoring the order and payment process
• Keeping records of all conversations orders in database in a comprehensible way


- Knowledge and understanding of Brands, Fashion
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Good knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English (basic)
- Listening skills

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relations or related field
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Relevant experience in Retail sector is an asset
- Call Center Operator reports to E-shop operator
