Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Assisting in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting.
- Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.
- Prepare monthly analysis of cost of production and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and solutions to help mitigate the risks.
- Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
- Preparation of the Financial Statements in accordance with the IFRS
- Preparation of management reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Monitoring cash flow. Provision of finance/budget controlling function
- Coordinating the provision of nesessary information to external auditors
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and tax legislation.


- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
- Experience in 1C ERP preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar position (experience in agricultural industry preffered)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal

Starting salary : 2500 AZN.
