The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan, “PASHA BankOJSC is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as a Specialist of Corporate Secretary Division

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the compilation of board and committee papers and to filter them to ensure compliance with the required standards of good corporate governance;
2. Organization and secretarial assistance in Executive Board, and Committees meetings, as well as, taking minutes of respective meetings
3. Ensure that meetings and resolutions of the board and committees are properly held and passed in accordance with the company's respective normative requirements;
4. Monitoring subsequent actions in accordance with resolutions of board and committee meetings, as well as, timely preparing reports on the results to respective bodies
5. Organization of appropriate and timely administrative support for Bank’s Executive management, Committees
6. Assisting the Manager in developing and implementing systems to strengthen the delivery of company secretarial service
7. Prepare regular reports and to assist manager in ensuring mandatory disclosure of information about the activities of management bodies
8. Assisting Manager in ensuring effective communication of the Bank’s departments with the members of Executive Board and Committees
9. Carrying out the correspondence management by accepting, registering, scanning, systematically archiving letters and their further transmittal to the executors
10. Preparing internal Powers of Attorney and orders issued by the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Bank, submitting for execution, registering and systematically archiving them
11. Planning and delivering projects assigned by the Line Manager
12. Actively identifying and helping the Manager to manage corporate governance risks

Required qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor degree
• Work experience: 1-3 year 
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
