We are looking for an HR/ Training Administrator to support our HR and Training activities. In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.


• Filing of HR documents, CVs
• Overseeing of applicants database, timely update and monitor
• Handling employee’s mandatory insurance as well as medical insurance
• Participating in designing and implementing of training programs
• Maintaining training records (e.g. training plans, schedules, training attendance lists)
• Organizing and coordinating training events and activities
• Preparing and disseminating material (e.g.trainer notes, training evaluation forms)
• Translating training materials and manuals, as well as HR related papers by request
• Assisting in scheduling, mailing and communicating of training programs
• Communicating with company employees, freelance trainers, and consultants by phone, in person, or through correspondence
• Preparing and submitting training dashboard reports to Line Manager
• Reporting on training activities and results
• Handling accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid


• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Training Administrator, or similar role
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of office procedures and billing
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Language skills: Proficient oral and written English and Azerbaijani 
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Completed BSc/BA in Psychology or a related field
