Sales Development Supervisor

Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca-Cola company in Azerbaijan. Having first started in 1994, Coca-Cola bottling operations in Azerbaijan came under the roof of Coca-Cola İçecek in 2007.
Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers serves a consumer base of 10 million with 1 plant and more than 300 employees in Azerbaijan. Its product portfolio comprises Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola light, Coca-Cola zero, Bonaqua, Burn, Büyülü Bohça, Büyülü Kutu, Cappy, Doğadan, Fanta, Fuse Tea, Powerade, Sprite.

• Responsible for Customer visit, acquisition and development, ensure product availability, forecast and achieve sales targets
• Responsible for placement/retrieval, monitoring, reporting and proper usage of company assets (Coolers, Racks and Signage etc.) in the market by managing and discussing customer/consumer complaints regarding Products/Coolers/Signage etc.
• Organize and control sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
• Monitor the performance of sales staff and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized in the area
• Monitor Key Business Indicators (KBIs) such as SFE metrics, analyze RED execution, cleanse and update Master Data in the system (BASIS, ISIS, Voyage)
• Initiate request for approvals (AR, case, glass, cooler, discount, signage etc.)
• Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position


• University degree in Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management position
• Command of spoken English and Russian (min. Intermediate Level)
• Driving License B Category
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Power Point)
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills 
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills
