The Company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the following position

Position: Operations Admin Officer/Warehouseman
Location of work: Remote /Operations Site
Report to:  Operations Manager /Director
Probation period: 3 months

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Keep inventory of all items including critical items and generate requisitions for purchase of same as soon as a predetermined minimum stock level is reached
• To keep shelves in good trim and to make accurate labeling for the materials and equipment in order to provide them in time.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Perform data entry on 1C system  according given procedures /timeline
• Issue and receive General materials/tools
• Filling out history of maintenance cards for Company equipment
• Stock Cards to be filled out and Stock Register updated on a daily basis
• To reconcile what items are ordered with ones which are delivered
• Generate requisitions for consumable items and reconcile on weekly basis with procurement team for outstanding items
• Reconcile all delivery notes with Accounting Department
• Inventory and certification of all main assets
• Assisting Procurement Department in generation of requisitions and coordinating with suppliers for delivery
• Generate Weekly inventory reports for issue and receipt of all consumables , items requisitioned and status of  pending items in order
• Issuing spares to operators
• Ensuring spares parts have identity labels
• Preparing of material requests;
• Preparing of diesel estimations and ordering of diesel;
• Engine oil consumption and ordering;
• Filter stock controlling and ordering;
• Physical stock check & inspection
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required by Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• University/or college degree in Technical/Economy Sciences
• Experience as warehouseman in oil and gas field /oil and gas construction
• Experience with 1C (Warehouse) system
• Good command of English, Azeri and Russian
• Excellent computer and administration skills. (Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Hard and dynamic worker
• Be able to work with teams
