Sales and Tendering Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
 Travelling to visit potential clients.
 Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
 Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
 Calculating client quotations.
 Negotiating tender and contract terms.
 Analysing costs and sales.
 Preparing reports for Management.
 Meeting regular sales targets.
 Recording and maintaining client contact data.
 Coordinating sales projects.
 Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
 Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product/service will meet client needs.
 Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
 Solving client problems.
 Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
 Clarification of bid conditions and tender documentation preparation.
 Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
 Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
 Complete Tender and Contract Risk Review as required.
 Contribution in cost and price calculations.

Education/Experience and Qualification:

 Degree in business or any other field related to the position.
 Solid practical experience in a similar position in the oil and gas field.
 Strong time-management and organizational skills.
 Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
 Well-developed sales and negotiation skills.
 Ability to understand and evaluate technical and contractual information.
 Good business sense.
 Excellent communication skills.
 The ability to work calmly under pressure.

Job type: full-time
Employment type: permanent
Working environment: office based
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, 5 working days a week. Extra hours may be required due to operation needs.
