Areas of Responsibility Include:

Job Role Responsibilities

 Support with all day-to-day tasks, including handling and registration of documentation and correspondence.
 Preparation of letters, presentations and other relevant documentations.
 Organization and arrangement of meetings, including minute’s preparation.
 Execution and follow up of different tasks, including liaison with customers, suppliers and local authorities.
 Ad-hoc assistance with business administration.

Position Qualification

 Experience in a support staff role minimum 2 years
 Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
 Proven time management and organizational skills.
 Ability to work well under pressure with rapidly changing priorities.
 Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
 Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.
 Ability to use resources efficiently and effectively.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to communicate effectively with clients and all staff types, and must be able to interact effectively in a service-oriented environment.
