Position : Business Trainer

ROLE OF THE POSITION

Business Trainer should implement company’s sales strategy by providing high quality business trainings and consulting the company’s clients. He/she must be highly organized, proficient in business management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities of the Trainer should cover but not limit to the following:

• work with potential clients to identify needs for trainings;
• prepare training course according to the customers’ needs;
• conduct trainings, seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc;
• know well DEVELOR products and to keep up with and apply the latest teaching techniques according to Develor standards and business training environment;
• interact with the HR of Learning managers at client company to determine the specific requirements in trainings or complex problem solution;
• develop reports that document the results of the trainings and concultancy provided;
• update all data regarding customers in the CRM system.

MAIN WORKING RELATIONS

1. Provides CD with all relevant information about the client and project in order to prepare proposals, documents and deliveries.
2. Provides experts involved in the projects with all relevant information for preparation to meetings and demos, and deliveries
3. Provides CD with relevant information on leads and projects

MAIN TOOLS FOR PLANNING AND REPORTING

• Categorization for all active clients (in CRM)
• Quarterly plan of trainings and consultancies

MAIN KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Total number of trainings delivered
• Feedback rate from the training participants
• NPS - The Net Promoter Score: an index that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. 

MAIN PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE

• BSc/BA in business, HR, psychology, finance or relevant field
• Proven experience as a business trainer or similar role (at least 3 years)
• Managerial experience of leading teams – at least 3 years
• Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
• Proficient in presentation tools (e.g. Powerpoint, etc.)
• Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
• Knowledge of Azeri, English (fluent), Russian is an asset
• Ability to travel

SALARY - 500 AZN per training day
