Reservations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls promptly, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
• Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone or mail.
• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Handle emails pertaining to rooms reservations
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, utilizing a variety of computer systems to book accommodation, dining reservations, tours and other services
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal grammar
• Role requires ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-confirmed and waitlisted reservations
• Assist guests in all inquiries related to the services provided by the company
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation
• Contact guests prior to arrival to clarify any discrepancies regarding their reservation and/or preferences
• Answer general reservation emails, retrieve and distribute mail

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years work experience in this area
• Good in communications in English, Arabian and Azerbaijani languages, written and verbal.
• Good communication, listening and computer skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these.
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours
• Self-motivation and organizational skills and the ability to take initiatives
• Ability to deal with Guest concerns in an empathetic and business-oriented manner.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to make quick decisions, solve problems, initiate action and complete assignments on a timely basis.
• Strong team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 300 – 1200 AZN (plus bonus)
