HR SPECIALIST ON EXPATRIATES ISSUES

The Modern Educational Complex named after Heydar Aliyev invites candidates with high education to apply for the position of HR Specialist on Expatriates Issues. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and adaptable individual for this role to join our team and an organization, that offers career advancement and great benefits.

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field;
• Fluent Azerbaijani/English speaking and writing skills;
• Experience of 3-5 years  in HR and/or relevant to expatriate management is a plus;
• Experience with MS Office programs, computer and internet operations required
• Analytical, problem solving, right decision making, time management skills;
• Excellent communications and organizational skills required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting of employees in the airport irrespective of day and time of their arrival;
• Organizing transport issues;
• Searching, dealing and organizing accommodation for expatriates via accommodation service company;
• Organizing the necessary standard medical checkup of expatriate and their dependent(s) and accompanying them: apartment-medical institute-apartment;
• Organizing 2-3 hours city center trip for the new-arrived expatriates
• Together with expatriates applying to the state body on opening two main documents for expats: work and temporary live permit, as well as temporary live permit for dependent(s)
• Guiding expatriates after arrival and assisting them to meet their everyday problems.
• Coordinating communication between accommodation service’s agent and expatriate to meet household problems.
• Informing expatriates about salary currency on the moment of transfer money.
• Preparing documentation and making order for medical insurance for expatriates and their dependent(s)
• Accompanying expatriates to the medical institution
