Summary:

This position requires project management, marketing and documents processing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, social media and brand promotion is essential.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's and higher
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years related experience
• Language: Azerbaijani, Russian (Fluent), English (fluent)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and managing several ongoing projects
• Project management skills, oral and written communication skills

Job Description:

• Managing layouts of business presentations, research papers, and brochures
• Managing social media marketing campaign
• Attending business meeting and events
• Managing day-to-day interactions with existing corporate clients
• Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
• Attending meetings and conducting negotiations with potential corporate customers
• Managing administrative activity within the office
• Develop commercial proposals to the clients
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Run business development presentations to engage new clients
• Review incoming invoices, authorize payments
• Liaise with external accreditation and certification authorities as well as corporate customers
• Supervise the work of trainers and instructors
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (disseminating correspondence, scheduling, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Provide general support to visitors
• Organize office operations and procedures

Essential Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills (English, Azerbaijani, Russian)
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines
• Attention to the details, including responsibility for accuracy of all financial and other regulatory documentation
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Readiness to work outside standard office hours, if and when required
• Ability to identify problems, analyze and participate in their resolution
• Ability to apply own judgment, plan own work, manage conflicting priorities and make important decisions
• Remains calm and shows persistence in stressful situations when faced with difficult problems and challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals

Additional requirements:

• Professionalism in appearance and attitude is a must.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
