PROJECT COORDINATOR VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

About Company

Agro Fresh LLC is a young company established for the purpose of carrying out agricultural projects in Azerbaijan. It is currently developing its first project, a state-of-the-art integrated milk farm in Aghsu (the “Project”). The construction phase of the Project is scheduled to be completed by May 2020.

Job title: Project Coordinator

Location: Baku, AGA Business Center (near Khatai metro station)

Remuneration: 1,500-2,000 AZN net, depending on the combination of background and experience.

Job summary

The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and perform coordinating functions in relation to the Project to ensure its successful completion.

Job duties

The Project Coordinator will perform and/or support the Project Manager in the performance of the following duties:

- Oversee all aspects of the Project;
- Monitor progress of the Project and prepare reports for upper management;
- Communicate with all Project contractors and government agencies;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Review and analyze contracts, invoices, and delivery acts;
- Manage project budget, forecast expenses and prepare financing requests for upper management;
- Obtain necessary government approvals and other regulatory prerequisites; 
- Occasionally visit project site to oversee general progress of works;
- Perform other related and administrative duties as assigned.

Education/experience/skills

- Degree in project management, business administration, finance, construction or a related field (foreign degree or study is a strong asset);
- 2+ years of experience in a related field or a similar role;
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal);
- Computer literacy, including decent knowledge of Excel;
- Strong e-mail and face-to-face communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and get things done, can-do approach;
- Readiness to work outside standard office hours, when required;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks under time pressure.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
