Job Description

Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter associate and job related data into Human Resources Information Systems. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, e.g., interview documents, I-9's, etc. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property. Create and maintain Human Resources information filing systems. Create, update, organize, secure, maintain, and audit all associate payroll records and files, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Review, verify, and reconcile punches, hours worked, pay adjustments, and other pay-related information, and post information into designated records. Create and type office correspondence using computer and supporting computer software.


• Previous experience in Human Resources;
• Good knowledge of labor code and government portal ( ;
• Good knowledge of  MS Office programs and 1C – payroll program;
• Fluent language skills (Azerbaijani, English, Russian);
