Office Secretary

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Several years’ experience on the same position
• Fluent writing /reading skills on Azeri/Russian/English (intermediate level)
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook in particular
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in office atmosphere
• Ability to keep subordination
• Ability to work in team

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the office staff effective daily activities in a timely and appropriate way to show support;
• To support Office staff in printer, copying and scan operations;
• To receive sent letters by email, keep records and to hand over;
• To carry out the registration of company’s all incoming and outgoing documents and
parcels;
• To protect the confidentiality of files and registration documents;
• To respond to phone calls and e-mails and forward;
• To answer to the survey about company via email or phone;
• To know the daily and weekly work schedule;
• To arrange meetings;
• To prepare daily and additional materials for meeting;
• To prepare additional documents regarding to the meetings;
• To welcome guests, keep records and help them;
• To work with courier companies;
• To be in contact with IT department and be involved in generation of company web page.

Salary: 600 AZN Net
