Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic person who will join our experienced team and work over relationship building and additional business generation. Candidate will be in contact with key industry players , build proper business relations and use potential opportunities to gain business

The goal is to drive sustainable business relations through proper communication, marketing, discovering new partners and forging strong relationships with clients and partners

Responsibilities:

• Meet arriving tourist groups as per company policy and procedure
• Arrange  transfers, check in to the hotel and all relevant support during tourist stay
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Meet tuorists and sell, upsell and cross sell company products and services
• Support operational (back office) team in their day to day operations
• Support in arranging events and exhibitions
• Collect assesments of tourists and increase overall feedback ranking
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, torism expert or any other relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a big advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English and Russian is a must
• Experience in communications and relationship building
• Ability to build trust by partners and clients
• Time management and planning skills
• Enterpeneur mindset with business focus
