HR Operations Junior Specialist / Helpdesk

Job purpose

Responsible for receiving and answering employees’ request related to the HR Operations. Provide HR team and other employees with information, data, and general guidelines. Providing administrative support to HR Operations Division.

Main Accountability

• Processing employment contracts including amendments
• Responding all enquiries coming to HR Helpdesk via phone call and emails
• Monitoring expiration of new hired employees’ probation period and annual employment agreements and timely notification of the relevant business partner about expiration date
• Intranet updates - synchronization with SAP Master data of all employee relations, employees’ extension and mobile numbers, employees’ photos
• Administration of new employees; opening ticket to IT; applying for necessary documents (i.e. SPF cards, company badge, salary cards, labor book, compulsory insurance, etc); include them to and SAP
• Organize and deliver new employee induction program (meet and greet, explanation of employment agreement, provision of welcome pack)
• Maintenance of active personnel files in line with the local and current legislation

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Education: Bachelor degree
• Work experience: Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
• Foreign Language: English (fluent)
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP
• Other: Strong communication skills, energetic and flexible.
