Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Identify and establish new clients and develop long-term relationships through sales visits and liaising with existing clients.
- Provide technical advice and support on a range of Mantra’s product categories.
- Prepare and assist in preparing bids and tenders for new clients from a technical perspective.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Prepare online reports and maintain customer Databases
- Establish and achieve monthly & Quarterly sales targets
- Locate, analyze, and develop vendors and suppliers, both domestically and internationally to satisfy procurement requirements.
- Obtain best prices amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions
- Negotiate with suppliers on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Any Engineering degree preferably with MBA OR
- MBA in Sales & Marketing / Supply chain Management.
- Experience in Procurement for the Oil and gas industry would be an added advantage.
- Has excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, Russian, Turkish and Azerbaijani language
- Strong math, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and Team working skills
- High proficiency in MS Office, Internet
- Detail-oriented team players, possessing negotiation skills and the ability to work independently as needed.
- An understanding of business operations and processes is important.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary Range: Basic (AZN.500 – 700) + Performance (AZN.200 – 300) + Sales incentive (monthly sales %) Salary no bar for the right candidate.
