We are looking for the experienced Reception clerk to join our team as soon as possible.

• Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests
• Maximize customer satisfaction and utilization of hotel facilities by promoting hotel outlets and other facilities to guests
• Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality with all guest information
• Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city
• Assists guests from arrival to departure Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/check-outs and adapt for any changes
• Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
• Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests
• Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift`s staff
• Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely
• Maintaining a good work relation with colleagues, other departments
• Avoiding and dealing with guest complaints, requests
• Offering a friendly, professional and recommendable experience

Personal Requirements:

• Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
• Previous experience in hospitality industry is required
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral.
• Experience with Opera PMS is essential
• Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
• Strong Interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
